The walltime (maximum execution time) of your job exceeds the walltime of the choosen partition. You can see the maximum walltime associated to each partition by clicking here.

slurmstepd: error: *** JOB … ON … CANCELLED AT … DUE TO TIME LIMIT ***

The walltime of your job was reached while the job was not finished yet. Slurm automatically cancels jobs when the walltime is reached. To avoid this, you may increase the walltime of your job or submit your job on another partition with a longer walltime. You can see the maximum walltime associated to each partition by clicking here. It is recommended that you use checkpoints in your code so you can start a new job based on the output of your previous job.
